Row, Row, Row your Kayak...

Alex's MawMaw has a new kayak and she gave Alex a lesson:

My parents' dog, Nigel went along for a ride!

(don't know if you can tell, but he kept his tongue out, he was concentrating SO hard, love it!)

An Evening to Remember...

The day we arrived at my parents' beach house, we had a wonderful evening and I took my camera when we went out to explore the island. Here's what I saw thru the lense:

We finished the rest of the evening with a shrimp boil and lots of catching up! And this was just the first night!!
