Mother's Day....

We were lucky enough to get to celebrate Mother's Day early with my mom, my sister & her family, Andy's mom & aunt.

My hilarious nephew Connor was taking our picture and turned it into a photo shoot, complete with "work it, work it...the camera loves you!), so we were LAUGHING:

It was such a great visit, we hated leaving TN, it truly is home and where our hearts are!

Haley's Graduation....

 

We were lucky enough to get to go to Haley's graduation from Vanderbilt!

I love this look on her face, she was just SO excited to graduate:

We're looking forward to heading back to Vanderbilt in 2 years when Haley graduates from nursing school!

4th grade program....

Alex had his 4th grade program at school. He was very excited because it mixed Japanese and cowboy, two of his favorite things:

 

 

 

 

He played these Japanese drums and was very proud to not only learn to play them, but learn the movements as well.  The drum players had to come to school early four times to practice, he took this very seriously:

 

 

 

 

 

 

Next they cowboy'd up and danced to "Old Joe Clark":

It was such a wonderful night, he and his classmates had worked so hard and it showed!
