Ever since we left Boogie in OK, Alex has cried for him and begged to get him back or get another dog. We made a deal that he could have a dog for his 8th birthday, but when Daisy came along, I couldn't pass her up - a 2 year old female yellow lab that is housetrained and very obedient who was bred to be a pheasant hunting dog. She is the sweetest puppy and is so excited to have a boy of her own:
She loves to give LOTS of kisses and Alex is SO ticklish, but he loves it:
Daisy and I have been walking, which is great for both of us! She was not happy to see Alex leave on the bus this morning, but will be excited to see it pull up this afternoon!

I bet Alex didn't want to get on the bus this morning and leave his new puppy behind! What a beautiful dog. So glad you have a new family member! Love the pictures.
