We went to the Stockyards in downtown OKC for new boots for Alex, but of course, Andy got a new pair too and we went to Cattlemen's for dinner - ever since we moved here everyone said we have to go eat there. The steaks were GREAT! Alex got "Thunder" to ride around the house - he entertained everyone in the store riding his new horse around in his shorts and boots - what a sight!!
Downtown Edmond is so quaint and beautiful, so we had dinner at a restaurant down there and looked as some of the bronze statues next to the restaurant (there are different bronze statues scattered all over Edmond).
Next up on the OK adventures was a rodeo, but it turned out to be a Jumper Show, but Andy & Alex still got cowboy'd up - Alex wore a shirt that Andy's Grandmother Buhl made for him when he was little, it even has his name embroidered on it. Such a fun time!!
