(It cannot be a princess because the fixtures are no longer in style! Hehe!)
Yep, we found one, we found this house online last night, looked at it first thing this morning and again in the afternoon. Tomorrow we're signing the paperwork to fax to the bank, so they have our offer first thing Monday morning!
Now we're just saying lots of prayers that this house is the one for us and the bank will accept our offer or at least acknowledge it in the next week. What a wonderful Christmas present for our family to have our house in OK taken care of (we'll take the buy-out before we leave on the 24th if we don't have any offers this next week) and the bank works with us on a price on this one.
They don't have Lowe's up here, there is Home Depot and a store called Menard's, which is the equivalent to Lowe's...why am I telling you this? Well, if you were in the market for buying some stock, both of those would be good ones, since their sales will be goin up in the new year if we get this house - it has all brass fixtures - YIKES and I'll be putting all of my previously budgeted for scrappy stuff money towards getting new hardware for the house (and that's a BIG budget;).

Love it! Congratulations. What a relief to be able to scratch that off your list of things to do. Want me to go into your old house and get you all the hardware out of it before you give it to the relocation people? (heehee)
