Snow much fun...

I know, not a very original title, but had to do it!

We went over to the house yesterday morning to measure some things, sign some papers, argue about what room was going to be what, and other such fun stuff. In the end, we all agreed on placement of all of our stuff, so we'd be ready when the movers come in a week and a half with our things and made a looooong list of wants and a medium size list of needs and a small list of must haves before we get furnature in. Whew, what a day...

So on the way to our house, you see this sign:

It makes Andy chuckle every time!

We have this big ole boulder in our side yard that will bring Alex many hours of enjoyment in the years to come...

King of the world:

Here's his new game - throw snow chunks at the rock:

Mmmm, tastes good:

Here's Alex after playing in his almost-new yard (in 1 week it will be his yard!):

To top off a fun morning, Alex has his favorite lunch - CiCi's pizza:

Alex and I spent a fun afternoon at Target today, shopping for rugs for the new house - got him some flannel Transformer sheets on clearance (he'll be needing some warm sheets to keep him toasty up here in the land of snow and ice) and a super-cute garbage can that looks like a basketball backboard/net for his playroom.

As usual, laundry is calling my name, so I must sign off - happy Friday!
